The bonds are rated A1/AA/AA- across 2-, 4-, 5-, 6-, 9-, 13-, 19-, and 38-year tranches. Use of proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes, debt repayment, share repurchase, working capital, acquisition financing and capital expenditure.
